Come and join our weekly pilates classes!

Pilates engages the mind and body to provide a full body workout and improve strength, flexibility and posture. With a combination of stretching, strengthening and lots of body weight exercises, it caters to many fitness levels and can work on re-training any musculoskeletal imbalances.

Monday’s 5.15pm during school terms

Class length:

45mins

Cost:

$130 for full term (based on 10 classes) or $15 per class casual rate

Equipment:

Bring a mat if you have one, otherwise there will be a limited number of mats provided.

**Available to all fitness levels. You will need to be able to safely get up and down from the floor frequently.

Our physio-led Pilates is designed to create an inclusive environment even if you are rehabilitating any injuries.

Our Physio Steph, will be your instructor. Steph used her lockdown time to gain her pilates teacher training certificate through Australian company, Barre Body. Beginning teaching in 2023, she is always looking to change the classes to suit attendees and keep each class different from the last.
